Meeting wild Kestral was literally just Squidward yelling "OH NO HE'S HOT!!" and I have a feeling he's powerful or important and he's gonna do something at the parley...
I enjoyed it honestly way too much, I NEED MORE, but I know how difficult it is to write such a compelling and beautifully complex story. If anything, having being so enchanted by it, since I read all the available chapters in just a few hours, says lots about how great it is.

the other two choices Are able to be picked unlike the first one, don't exactly remember the choices I picked but I can always go back and check too if that helps :) (ignore any spelling mistakes its 1am (^^``)

I love the lore involving the fae and the supernatural - I love the MC relationship to (BAMF DILF) Carter LOL but seriously I think it's super sweet and I love the dynamic of an adoptee parent taking on a child with "baggage" (supernatural powers, unknown past, etc)
The RO's are distinct and I'd love to romance each one - the kestrel is incredibly compelling (which if that isn't fitting for a fae character idk what is) but my heart has chosen Renard and I'll stick to my lovely witch
SMALL SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 7
I'm curious how many readers chose the deal with the kestrel or not - and how big of a consequence or reward they'll get from that action (I chose to accept and revealing that to everyone was actually so nerve wracking as if I was the MC lol - but again Carter was a sweet dad)
I am so enjoying this story, it has everything I like: magic, mystery, supernatural elements/creatures AND ROMANCE. So far the chapters were very interesting and I can't wait to read the next episode!
Ps: Why did you have to make all three love interests so attractive...
Wow I love Zander, I can't wait to hear more of his story! Also a small note, there are a couple grammatical/sentence errors for selected they/them pronouns, for example; In the scene where Carter suggests MC can see more than Renard, he says "They does that."
I'm aware of the grammar problems with the they/them pronouns. I've been going back and fixing them bit by bit and trying to be more conscious of not making them in the future.
Edit to add: I'm really glad you're enjoying the story and you'll learn a little more about Z in chapter 7.

This was so good! I enjoyed everything about it—the characters, the dialogue, the pacing, everything was very well done. I really enjoyed playing the MC; while they’re (understandably) ignorant of the supernatural world and what’s happening, they’re not flighty or helpless. That balance is difficult to do well and you wrote it beautifully. I also appreciate the many options you give to the players. I’m looking forward to reading what comes next!
